Modish Pools works hand in hand with homeowners, business owners, and municipalities to install high-quality gunite and vinyl liner pools of every shape and size. We know that the decision to install an in-ground pool is a big one, so we’ll be with you every step of the way, from initial concepts to finished product. Whether you choose the extreme durability and design flexibility that comes with gunite or the faster installation associated with vinyl liner pools, Modish Pools will work with you from start to finish to help you make the right decisions based on your space, your usage, and the people who will be enjoying your pool. Here’s how it works:

Initial Contact

We get your contact information. Whether from a referral, through our website, from a builder or contractor, or from an internet search, we are made aware of your interest in a Modish Pool.

Follow Up Contact

You receive a phone call from us in order to initiate an in-home consultation. We’ll use the call to gather some high-level information regarding your project so we can gear our initial consultation toward your general goals.

In-Home/On-Site Consultation

As a no-obligation consultation, our goal at this meeting is to get a very specific understanding of your “wish list” for this project and to establish a rapport. As no two projects are the same, our goal is to come away with a very clear idea of what you want your project to be. We will gather the information we need, both in terms of concepts and technical site data, in order to walk away with everything we need to construct an accurate, attractive quotation for you.

Construct the Quote

Armed with the information from the on-site consultation, we begin to model your project from pool to patio and outdoor space to spa. With 3D design capability, we can be involved in as little as a single pool or up to an entire backyard space. Once we’re satisfied our design meets your specific requirements, we then price each aspect of the project in a clear, organized proposal.

Quote Review

We provide you with the design and proposal for you to review. We take this opportunity to get your feedback and suggestions and make the tweaks necessary to personalize the project specifically to your taste. Once established, we make all the modifications both to design and price.

Final Review

One of the most important steps, once we have arrived at a final scope of work, we get together one last time to review all design aspects, all costs, and all details regarding the project. At Modish Pools, we believe your pool project should be handled with the same level of care as new home construction, a kitchen or bath remodel, or any other high-end purchase. The final review provides an opportunity for all parties to establish a comfort level before contracts are signed. The final meeting ends with the signing of contracts and the commitment to move forward with your project.

Permitting

We work with your city or municipality to obtain all necessary permits and approvals for the work we intend to perform.

Site Meeting

Before beginning any project, we bring all the parties collaborating on a given project together, on-site, to ensure every contractor, company, and individual involved in the project are on the same page and to avoid any possible pitfalls during the course of the project work.

Get to Work!

It’s time for work to begin on your project with the excavation of your new pool or spa. Of course, at any point in the process that you feel unsure or uncomfortable, simply communicate your thoughts with us, and we can back up and re-visit the situation at any step in the process. We pride ourselves on begin accessible, patient, and easy to work with.
